In her own words . . .
“To me, teaching is a partnership in students’ success. I motivate students to help them believe in themselves and in their dreams. I always strive to look beyond the written text and work with my students in a way that they can see the connection of the lessons with their aspirations. My reward is when a student comes to my class five years after graduation and tells me how influential I have been for her and thanks me for believing in her. To me, every day is a learning experience and I am really thankful for my students, peers and administrators for helping in my journey.”
“Mrs. Agrawal does not work or serve for awards or praise, but simply to inspire and impact all those she comes in contact with each day in a positive manner. Students thrive in her classroom, as she makes them, and their success, a priority. She has mastered the elusive art of being firm but fair, having rules yet maintaining relationships, and remembers always that her students are real human beings.”
